prefer the B&W one. framing is good. however, thy man behind the sweeper is out of place. should have waited for him to leave the scene (if possible).

I think the colour one is better..b&w has too little contrast and looks very bland..

I saw the man only after I went home & enlarged the pic... Sigh.

Anyway, with the colour photo there, can any expert show me how would you convert it to a convincing B&W?
