If you would entertain constructive criticism, it helps (as I would like my work to be critiqued too in order for my photography to improve).

And so, I would give my unsolicited comment to your two portrait photos: I think in these two cases, the blurred lights / bokeh in the background distract from the main subjects as they seem to be the brightest objects in your frame. :)

We all do love to get feedback from others its how we learn. Its either you learn it by yourself or from others feedback. I welcome all feedback as long its not violent one hehe.
