Taking place between October-November 2010, the Singapore International Photography Festival (SIPF) is a worldwide biennial gathering of minds commonly pursuing the advancement and appreciation of photography.
The 2nd Open Call Submission attracted a total of 4148 submissions from 46 countries worldwide. Works from 48 emerging photographers of 23 different nationalities have been carefully selected by 4 SIPF curators to be featured in the Open Call Showcase exhibitions, which will span across 7 venues spread within the civic district of Singapore.
