thanks all for the reply! it have been great to see the numbers coming in. dont worry if no people are going to back out i will put the reserve list first on our next outing. how about that???

but dont worry some have PM me saying they are not coming.

And please do take note this is a basic/beginner meet up. Nothing too advance please! We can do the advance/expert meet up at studio the next time ok!

But if the expert insist on bringing their heavy equipment you may do so and maybe you can create 1 group. So the newbie can have a look at your equipments!

So maybe the grouping would be like (example)

2 x newbie strobist group (will assign 1 strobist/instructor)
2 x normal strobist group (will assign 1 or 2 newbie to follow)
1 x expert strobist group. (will assign 1 or 2 newbie and 1 or 2 normal strobist)

Outing Update:

There are total of 3 models for the shoot.

They are yet to be comfirm.

I have appointed 5 group leaders for this outing so 1 group should have about 7 main photographers not including their personal models or friends.

RedDotPhoto have contacted me about their video service. So i'am waiting for their reply.

For those who can come early please come at 3pm. so we can do the grouping there first. And by 4pm we can proceed to the location.
