For indoor , my flash is pointing up using a big bound card lah. Not pointing direct on her :sticktong

Outdoor did not even use flash at all.

As for the batt, probably due to new battery, a few charging and discharging cycle should bring it up to maximum performance.

That battery guy told me charge it fully before store into cabinet. Charge fully before bring for shooting. Don't let it drain off, then it's life span will be longer. :dunno:

The unit consists of Nickel Metal Hydride cells, so it has the general discharge characteristics of NiMH batteries. It will lose charge over time.

If I don't remember wrongly from some article, a NiMH battery will lose 5-10% of its charge 1 day after it's fully charged, then 1% per day thereafter. So if u intend not to use it for a while, it's best to charge it at least once a month to maintain the charge. Completely drainly a NiMH battery would probably reduce its performance.

From the GPMG's mouth, he use for 2 half-day events, it's still 3 bars out of 4 bars after the full charge. On the 3rd time, he burst on the pretty Shaanxi models, still 3 bars after the whole show! :sweat:
