Selfie... After 3 year-absence in Photography

So after 3 years, I've finally come back in this hobby... And I totally forget all the technicalities of playing with speedlights...
Here's my self portrait for a start... Please leave your comments and critique for improvement on lighting.. And help me bring my passion back..

Lighting info: DIY softbox (Vivitar 285HV) on the left side, bare flash ( Sunpak B3600D) on the right side and umbrella fill flash (Vivitar 285) on the front right

My only comment is the lens you are holding, its too small... should get a bigger lens maybe a 500mm or 600mm.

although i am curious if the bling bling is added in post.

very nice effect overall and nice manly lighting.

Think it's a really nice work you had there! Just curious your subject is the lens or your face cause the lens is much brighter and tends to draw my attention to it where I think your face should be and will be much more handsome to look at haha just my 2 cents.
