Seagate Free Agent Desk Users pls advise

I am thinking to get two Free Agent Desk harddisks. One for primary storage and the other for backup purpose.

my question is: can the backup software which comes with the harddisk be used to synchronize the 2nd hd to the 1st one? the salesman at funan told me cannot but i just want to double check. Cannot seem to find the answer online.

Hello Clown, this allwaysync looks really good.
But it is only available for Windows.
Do you know of any good sync software that you would personally use for Mac?
