Saving RAW into JPEG

When I try to save a RAW file into a JPEG file in the Photoshop Camera Raw software, it appears that the maximum I can choose to save in is only 12 megapixel. I have just bought a 5D MKII with 21 megapixel and am wondering anyone could help point out how to convert the RAW files into 21 megapixel JPEG files.

What makes you think it's only 12 megapixels? What's the image dimensions of the JPEG? What setting did you shoot at?

wat u mean is the quality to save in when save as jpeg? 12 is the best quality if i am not wrong and i think the dimensions wont change..

is your output still 5616 pixel x 3744 pixel??

5616 x 3744= 21,026,304 pixel =21 maga pixel

Sorry guys, I mistaken the 12 / maximum option under ACR as 12 mp. No more issue, thanks for your help.
