was kinda shocked when the R8 crashed towards me when Alex Yoong (the local driver) did his first donut on the R8. :sweat:
I didn't think the R8 had the right stuff to do the donuts! :sweatsm:

@kriegsketten, thanks bro. was lucky enough to get hold of the VIP grandstand but I wished for more panning shots. the position where I was standing wasn't ideal for panning (with limited skillz also lol). that RB was toooo fast.
@TheoDR, yeah. I was so shocked that I forgot to snap the crash. had to see this half a million baby crash in-person with my own eyes haha.
I did, however, managed a shot seconds before the contact.
the car just rolled backwards having finished it's first donut...then bam! :bigeyes:

Generally good shots, but would like to point out that No 2 is slightly over exposed.
The conditions weren't the easiest, especially with the light being bright and dark in different areas.

@lioneldude,thanks for the feedback. yeah, I was having some issues with the lighting initially but I think the real challenge was towards the end of the event, where the dark clouds came looming overhead. Was slighter harder to freeze the action at some point. that said, was glad that it didn't rain though despite the really dark clouds.
