recommendation for digital camera under $750

sorry if this sound newbie.... while i am familiar with Dslr prices.
I am totally hopeless when it comes to prosumer or consumer digitasl camera.

So can appreaciate if you can recommend a suitable model below this price range brand new.

Qualities to consider:

1. Price
2. Picture Quality.... Lens Quality... Total Quality overall
3. packed with many features... best with full manual over write.
4. preferably with hotshoe... but not totally necessary.
5. must be able to swivel either body or lcd so can take candid self portrait easily

nikon cp4500 , personal recommendation cos i m using it ... fits ur description very well and probably can get it btw 600 to 700 bucks now

Another choice is second hand Sony 717, it is going for around $700-750.

yup, Canon A80 is quite good too ... wah, the cp4500 offer seemed too good to be true :bigeyes: , my piece was acquired 2 years back and then it was ard 1k :cry:
