Recommend SD Camcorder

Hi,

Looking for advice on which SD (Standard Definition) Camcorder, so far found the below:-
- Looking for min editing, easy storage, so SD Storage and MPEG-2 format
- Display well in 42" Plasma TV (780 X586) (Not HD type)

a) Panasonic SDR-S7
b) Canon FS-100
