Questions on Events Shooting

Need some pointers from fellow buddies.

What do we look out for in events like Company's family day?

Do we shoot candid just like that? What do you usually shoot?

Does composition still matter much if candids of such events are so hard to predict? :think:

official photographer or suka suka one?

if official then try to get as much of the important guests as well as the events they participate. After that will be the usual group photos and candids.
