question regards to st john island

Checking with anyone with info regarding camping over night at st john island.

Is there a camp site there where we can just camp over night?
Do we need a permit if I would want to do so?

I try googling for info but some sites say there is a camp site some site say there are only chalets there.

Permit required. IIRC, you have to apply thru Sentosa Corp. They seem to be the company controlling the island.

Yes,Sentosa is in charge of St. John's island.I was there last year only
