congestion is just but one of the very important factors affecting the quality of life.
As mentioned in the article highlighted, once population density decreases, other related problems eg crime rate, riots [LOL], road accidents etc etc etc would be proportionally reduced. Trains dont break down so frequently too. LOLLL.

Singapore is still livable, but it has started to show signs of strain.
You mean you want to wait till it is un-livable before you voice out your concerns???? LOLLL. Too myopic, bros.
