pics appeared noisy. the most you went was 200, how come appears quite noisy? maybe its just me.

Hi All:

When I see it original resolution (3648 X 2736), it is little bit noise only. After I resize to 640 x 480, it becomes very noisy.

How come so noisy? try to shoot at base ISO (100) and stop down for a greater DOF

Thank you all for your time & C&C.
I shoot it raw mode and processed using Light Room.
Previously I used to shoot it in JPEG no such problem (even iso 800).

i think becos the resizing degraded the image quality by quite abit , thus resulting in the apparant noise .
