You are almost there.....
Just remember, don't place you subject on the centre of the frame.
Look at different prospective, sometime is nicer.

Just remember, we forgot to have a family shot... should have stand at the "Welcome to Pulau Ubin" entrance gate and shot from the ground. Aiya....

Hi Morphis, actually where is this butterfly hill you are refering to?

I heard there are many camera friendly butterflies in Sentosa butterfly park also? Worth a try? :dunno:

Well the Fragile Rainforest in the ZOo do have friendly Butterlies too if I can recall, though Sentosa has more sceneries than just butterflies to add on to the excitement

I have some constructive comments for you.

1) Work on the framing to create a story or something interesting.
2) Most pic appear over expose thus details are loss. PP will solve it.
3) Add some contrast to the pic to create a punch.
