Posting pictures with thread

Hi, I'm fairly new to CS and would very much like to learn how to post photos / pictures together with my threads as I am keen to ask for comments, views etc...

pictures are hosted remotely, so find a website to upload your pictures to, then use the "insert image" tool to link it
