must start from scratch meaning new moniter etc...
any kind souls would help me with this as i dun know anything about cpu.
my budget would be around $900++.

if u dun know how to put a cpu together, i would suggest this

save u alot of trouble if **** does happen

900+ abit tough.

u'll be using onboard sound and video (which might not be a prob to u).

monitor will cost around 250?

and ur parts will probably be of cheaper and less reliable brands.

900 including monitor?

can be done lor.. but it'll be AMD..

if without then you get a quite a reasonable machine P4 2.6ghz 512DDR ram
128mb Gf4 onboard/card. sound. lan. 40gb HD, DVD/CDRW combo and housing and A drive. still got left

you could also check out HWZ Garage sale forum or post what u wanna get
definately can get good deals, and at arun ur budget too
