2 very different cameras you are comparing here.

My vote goes to the EM10!!
- 3 axis IBIS
- Great primes...light, small in size and affordable
- Fast and accurate autofocus (during live view no less)
- Retro design
- Superb image quality

FYI You get (significant) diminishing returns on cards that are arates to have a write speed of more than 45Mb/s. (Based on the canon 6d and 5d3 tests) Shall link the research and data that I came across when I get the chance.

Sorry mate, don't know about the transfer rate for video files. Can't help there.
 

In my opinion, don't worry too much about card speed for now. Most of class 10 cards from reputable brands are good enough, and you can always upgrade later.
