Thank you to all that emailed me. To avoid confusion i'll explain what I need.
Those overexposed or underexposed photos to be edit and convert certain photos into B/W(you choose which deem fit to be converted)
And as well selected few will be made into coffeetable book.
As to how many photos, my estimation is around 100-200
How much will that all cost me?

well, i have some people offering at $0.50 a piece. different people varies from their prices.
and i am not too sure too how much the market is for coffeetable book.
