Hi guys, am interested to join with the gang. :cool:
So do we proceed to do our registration first or meet up then go register together?

For those interested, we can meet up outside hall level 401 entrance between 6.45am - 7am.

Update:

On saturday, i will be bringing some props that may / may not be useful.
diamond,
small japanese bamboo mat
glue,
silver reflector,
scotch tape,
chinese costume,
cup type incense and lighter
colored plastic,
black card for bokeh designs

You can borrow these from me if you need.

As for the day itself,
we can split up if we have to but I don't think we will be a crowd as we will be amongst 5,000 plus people.
It all depends on the nature and need of the theme. We will definitely work in teams to take the shots as it is the best way to allocate resources.
I generally prefer to get the picture I need in the first hour and submit within the first five persons in the submission queue.
The worst case scenario is people still in the queue when the next theme is announced.

Hi Francis, thanks for sharing. i'm just wondering if its necessary to bring a tripod at all??? :think:
 

I have a lightstand that day.
A lot of people will have tripods that day.
You may try sharing with them if you need one.

I mostly use my tripods to hold my flashes as I do lighting a lot.

Francis, how about lens? Should we bring all the lens we have? (eg, macro, wide, standard, tele)

Just bring what even things that your bag can load..you won't know those lens may useful on some particular shots..:)

I maybe cannot make it, will see how. After theme 1 maybe need to rush off. :(
