I don't know whether this is good news or bad.

One time my friend was out shooting. He met a girl who used a P&S and he smiled at her.

Eventually she became his wife.

And now she uses a dslr and he uses her P&S. :)
U gain some, u lose some.

U can't have ur cake and eat it man. The scales of balance is always there. :bsmilie:

I'm not sure if u guys count me as 'overweight' but fortunately...

I dun own a 20D or a Bigma. So I'm pretty sure that wasn't me. :bsmilie:

haha! ok... i wanna see him in action though...

cannot smile at one another as alot of ppl r dumping their D70, there is no demand for Oly & there is no photographic opportunity.

with such a gloom outlook, how to smile? :dunno:

Speaking from personal experience I think female photographers frown rather than smile at you.

Maybe they are territorial and wanting to send out warning signals? :)

oh my.. is tat true?

I remembered vividly the last time I smiled at a photographer, he thought he didnt zip up his fly. Hilarious I tell you. Now I stopped smiling already. :p

But you can dance. :)
Haven't been to pub for 10yrs. Even my choice of drinks dropped to just beer these days. Dun think I can boogie like in my wilder days. :bsmilie:

in singapore, it's not about photographers never smiling to one another, it's the majority of people who carry big cameras only because they can afford it and THINK they are "photographers" who don't care to smile at one another, or anyone else for that matter.

especially not at you if they walk past you in a group and check out what you're carrying in your hands and then find out you're holding a "oh chey, it's film" SLR (and actually LET ME HEAR THEM). and even more so if you're young.

pfft.

how more shallow can people get.
