Just wondering why we Panasonic users do not have any outings? There are quite a number of Panasonic users here. The other brands have regular photoshoot outings and discussion sessions with each other. Since we love our Panny cameras so much, its good if we can meet up with similar-mind friends to learn from each other on how to make the most out of our cameras and also to improve our skills.

It can be a monthly event. Who is interested?:)

I know alot of ex-Panny users go to other brands when they convert to DSLR. But there should be a bunch of casual users here who still uses their Panny cameras and have not converted to DSLR yet. Hopefully we can get this group of people together and revive PLUG.

All the old birds go to other brands... only a few still holding on to Panasonic camera

Actually I was thinking if we still want to use the old yahoo group or start a new facebook for Lumix users. Then maybe we can ask all to join and then plan activities.

I think starting a new facebook group is a good idea as facebook is pretty much the in-thing now. I guess definitely more popular than yahoo group? I can start the group then we can invite the Lumix users here to join?

Agree with John tho.

If you plan outing, it must be a on-going thing whereby Lumix enthusiastic user join in for most of the shoot. I bet John Teoh will join in for sure. =X haha

Better to have 'super on' personnel here.

I'm back to Lumix! haha! =P

Ya bro, I will start a thread to see the interest level 1st. Like what josho suggested, you will be the operating manager if the thing get started.;p I will count u in by default.:D

Ya since the other brands can have on-going gathering, I don't see why we the Lumix users can't. I think once a month meet-up should be manageable and fine with most people who are interested ba..:)
