Is the Sony GPS-CS1 available at Alan Photo as I would like to try it with my Nikon D50.

canon and nikon all along have this.. but only for certain models of dslr..

Just contacted Sony Singapore customer service and asked the salesperson at the Sony Gallery at Funan and Bugis Junction about the GPS-CS1.

Apparently, it is not yet for sale here in Singapore and is only bundled with the Alpha DSLR. There is no timeframe of it being available as a standalone accessory when I talked to the Sony CSO.

Looks like I've to buy it from USA as Sony Singapore wants it to be a bundled item.

I think you probably need to check whether their program provided (to tag the jpg files) support D50's jpg or not? :sweat:

good to know that, as I remember last time Sony claim that it works on their range of camera only.
