this is a tilt meter. used for monitoring building movement. probably installed by the mrt contractor.

Ooh... I guess you can easily latch a device onto it that will tell you if the tilt has changed since the last measurement.

Guys, this is the last set of photo i took using the K100D which i had sold to a nice gentleman yesterday. I had asked him to join our group outing in the coming month. Any suggestion where to go?
