history has shown that religious establishment are vulnerable to misuse & abuse.
overlapse is sure to happen for establishment of that size.
& audit are really useless against preventing fraud. seriously.
their pattern are fixed and most of the time, it is those junior auditor doing the bulk of the check.
& back to CHC.
i live near to one of their church & i rmb 10yrs back. they will always send ppl to our hse n start preaching to us. some of my fren with buddha place right infront of their door are not spared either. i think its pretty rude.
