"Internal Combustion" heee... fancy name for a simple single stroke engine with a tune pipe (you can buy in Singapore for a few hundred dollars) that if engine fail will not restart in mid air. Craft can't even be flown outside of visual range of the people controlling it unles they made some GPS position device. And most likely with a remote controller signal band most aircraft tower or military will detect the moment it is switched on.

It is hard to believe that a country that could fire a missile with nuclear warhead thousand of KM away (not many country could do that) is unable to assemble an unmanned plane. Even Singapore has it.
Would mounting a DSLR be easier than simply having a video recorder since you are recording video? Where did all these 'news' come from?
Even if they need to buy, such technology or the basic system are not difficult. Just send a guy out over to a friendly neighboring country to pick it up and bring home. Why bother to make one? No North Korean leave the country at all?
