Nissin Di622.

I decided to start taking portraits and learning more about flash. Is Nissin Di622 a decent flash although I had read some of the reviews. I am planning to buy this flash later in the afternoon. I will use this flash more in portraits and my camera is 550D. 3 months later I will be buying 85mm F/1.8.

Other then Red Dot Photo are there any shops is Funam which is cheap? I am also thinking of buy Canon 55-250mm lens and which shop is selling cheap?
