Nikon Speedlight SB28 Repair.

Hi Nikonians,
The rubber pad for the SB28 push button to swivels & tilts is torn but still intact.
Had checked Nikon Singapore and was told it will cost $26.25 (after GST)
to replace it.
Is there a need to replace the rubber pad and will it cause further damage
if not replace?

Another thing is that if the bulb tube burnt, is it worth to spend around $160
to replace it?

For price at $160, no need to replace. SB28 is too old product, even you repair it, it won't last you long and will have this and that problems.

The bulb tube I just asking as it is still working.

How about the swivels/tilts oush button pad?

As long as you still can use the flash with torn swivels & tilts button, don't repair leh.
