Nikon D80 or Canon 30D

You did not mention why you want to "upgrade"?

What you feel "not good enuf" about your current setup, mabbe better advices can be given if you are a little more specific.

I did played with the D80 for a while. Feels quite good except that it is a bit small for my liking. Nevertheless, as for the price to performance ratio, it is very respectable when compared to the 30D.

D80 price / performance definitely better than 30D. I liked the feel. It is much more solid than 30D at least to me.

I get D80 for the reason that Nikon has 18-135 lens....
