Hi!!

Any feedback for this Nikon P80 model? Specs seem pretty good compared to the other of its range.... worth to buy?

Looking for something compact .. was deciding between Sony H3 and this..

www.ephotozine.com/article/Nikon-Coolpix-P80. This review seems to give the impression that at higher iso i.e 400 and above, the performance may not be up to expectation. In other words, there's great zoom but poor noise performance. Have you considered P5100 which has better noise performance but has only zoom of 3.5X. Why can't they produce a compact camera with good noise performance and great zoom like 17X as in P80.

why dont you try the real thing at NSC? I kinda like the burst mode and 17x.

on paper, this camera looks good.... but can't add external flash
have read about the poor high ISO performance somewhere else....
hmm...... have to think carefully before i sink money into this camera...
