Next SEED?

Folks,

I am thinking of getting a decent wide angle zoom for my S1. Anyone with similar agenda?

Am thinking of tagging along to:
- check out the lens (Tokina, Sigma, Tamron...no $$ for Nikkor)
- and maybe get a good discount because of SEED

yeah, i need to get a tripod + ac adapter for my A40...scare that it will consume too much batt.....
