Need help with Microsoft Digital Image 06

Does anyone know how to align a title vertically on the left or right of a digital photo so the words are also vertical up and down so you don't have to tilt your head. this maybe the wrong message board for this type of question. If you can direct me to a more relevent board it would be appreciated too.

Do you mean vertical text with individual letters still in the vertical orientation, like this?
