technically, photo looks underexposed.
artistically, does not carry any emotion.

btw, when white is rather dominate in the photo, you need + exposure compensation to get a correct exposure.

No technicalities. It's OOF. Lighting is flat and underexposed.

Nothing interesting here. There's no connection between the subject and the photographer. This image shouldn't be in Portraits and Poses but rather Street and Candids.
