Monopod-tripod

hi guys are there monopods that converts into a tripod where the legs slide out?:dunno:
i did do a search and found another similar thread but recommendations are that the legs must be screwed on which i feel take up to much time...are there any like this:

this kinda convertible tri-monopods wont hold the camera very steady.When winds blow, the whole thing will shake.
Check out the PMA show report.....I think there is a new company that released something like this..iirc..
