any idea where i can get a sample of the model release form??
for events and for models.....and one for guardians for kids under 18

as long as the other party sign can liao rite....no need witness??

if Singapore laws are governing, its doubtful if a release is required.

Buy a copy of this month's Practical Photography. There's a very good sample in there that you can modify and use.

does model release have international version? or it differs from country to country...

or isit each studio/agency/organisation print its own unique version of model release
