Mobile wifi in Italy

I am going to Italy in a few days time. I like to get some input from forumers regarding the use of mobile wifi.

Besides the local telco plans and the Citibank promo, are there any cheaper plans over in Italy that you can recommend? I saw some cheap ones online but afraid there are many limitations.

Any recommendations are greatly appreciated! Many thanks in advance!
