From some replies and queries I have been getting, with no real pun or aggravation at anyone, I think if anything is 'off', as a prospect buyer myself, I would be better prepared if I dont expect a par China/HK price (S$300-310+-?) or a normal local rate (S$340-350+-?), or based against a pre-owned unit at sub-S$300 levels, for something thats new and 5 yrs coverage official.
Whats more the buyer is not paying the usual price for that package, but a further bargain price what this MO is presenting and more than fair value the buyer is getting. I am certain for the worth of ownership over a period of 5 full yrs nowhere else is closer, unless buyers purposes are otherwise.
Any interested party can PM for details to find out - the figures will speak for themselves.

I dont mind anyone pulling out really, thks sincerely all for the interest. Its great most you still manage to feedback reason for letting on, which had almost nothing to do with the technicality or conduct of this MO itself, and better that, your positive encouragement despite.
I think I began to understand at which angle most of you may be approaching this MO.
Sad to say, there is indeed a premium for the extended wty - it is not a freebie but a package. A fair trade I think.
Price is not the angle anyone interested should be looking at this MO, Value should be. I dare let up at this pt that this premium is at about 15% on top regular rate and again if anyone work into those figures, thats a very fair sum to top off for a full 5-yrs coverage once again. That is the same period I anticipate the unit will fall into coma somewhere least twice. least, at a regular go rate.
That said no one is at fault becos the prices are already very good purely from this vantage, that i think most would have agreed. Another reason why most would have agreed, is that those who got my PM details, realise that I am actually taking on a small portion for each order, not as a gain, but an absorption! It is just the different position of the new starting line thats sending the participants afluttering.
Anyone interested to find out how this ride is getting on feel free to ask for a PM drop. Despite the setbacks, I will be proceeding on becos bottomline is as I had iterated, I am but passing on what I believe as a good offer if any buyer can come round to sharing that perspective..a different kind of buyer perhaps. pls, no pun and no offence.

I beleive most of us including me, price come in first for MO then warranty.
For this type of accessories, one won't be using it for that long of years, so that why
of the pullback.
We or maybe me only are looking at cheaper price, rather than long warranty.

I concur and I am not sure if I will be using that same flash 5 years down the road considering how fast electronics stuff is upgraded.

Just my pleasent experience. Nikon flash system design & built is renowned. Just ask the pro. Unless u got a lemon. It should function and work for you for a long time. My SB-24 lasted me a long time, 10yrs? My SB-80DX has fired over 30K flashes and still going strong. I droped my SB-800 from a 1m height on concrete ground & it only got a little scratch on the edge, nothing's crack or broken and it is still working. 
Honestly... 5 year warranty may be a bit too much eventhough at 15% more. Maybe 3 year warranty at say S$50 more, more people will be interested as lifespan of flash isn't that long esp for SB600, the lower end of the nikon flash. If it's high end, top range, response may be better.
