Hmm don't know our Nikon's do we :devil:

F, F2, F3, F4, F5, Nikkormat FT3 were all fitted with 'real' mirror lockup systems.
 

real mirror-lockup on the 9, and pseudo mirror-lockup on the 7.

Correct me if I'm wrong. A "pseudo" mirror lock up is actually pre fire mirror lock up. Just like the EOS 3 where this function is turned on by a custom function. You press the shutter once, the mirror goes up, press the shutter again to take the shot, mirror comes back down.

The "real" mirror lock up refers to a full time mirror lock up with a flick of a switch.

Either way works for me actually. Hope I'm right.
