Metering for D70s

When i use spot metering, will the metering always be at the centre of my viewfinder, regardless on where i put the focusing bracket?

And which kind of meterings do you guys usually use?

The answer should be available in the manual. It depends on which focusing focusing mode you choose.

The spot metering is dependent on your 'active spot metering bracket'.

i use spot metering and the meter would be at where ur focusing bracket is
