Any particular shoulder strap pad you like to use? Any comments on the Timbuk2 shoulder strap pad?

It looks comfy but doesn't come with holders for spare filters.

And i don't think you'll be able to secure a safety line from a tree to that :)
 

Of course i wont. What on earth would give you the idea i would do something like that? :think:

I use a side pocket of the messenger for filters. Other then a CPL and a ND, thats about it 90% of the time.

Still using the stock/standard timbuk2 strap pad. Tends to slip, a tad stiff. Will see how it feels after breaking in.
The stock crumpler strap pad is a different story. Super comfy & wide. I liked it so much I had the idea to use it during last year's ICT to ease the 5.3kg weight of my SAR 21 GL/M203 on my neck/shoulder. :bsmilie: :thumbsup:
