I usually use the Gossen digiflash meter that i brought along. Sometimes the 5D if it was convenient. Much faster to use the light meter esp on the streets

A wintered tree rests its shade on the front of Heddal.
Velvia 50, 6x9. In retrospect I should have exposed it half a stop more or so.

Stitch of 2, a beautiful hut and outhouse near Huldefossen, a serendipitous find as we happened to see a tourist signage off the main road informing of the waterfall past a farming area. Little findings and surprises makes self drive holidays more enjoyable.

Lightings would have been better during dusk/dawn.

Us on a hill near Lofotakvariet, enjoying evening sun in quietude.
( after a really panting climb up the snow covered hills. The sunset lookout point at Lofotakvariet was unfortunately not open in off season )

Aha so that's what you look like! :)

I'm not seeing things am I but in #39 ... the trees are growing on the roofs of the hut and outhouse?!
What was it like in the wooden outhouse?

The sunset shot was too colorful not to be posted ;)

Yea trees sprouting out from the roof! It never did occur to us to peep into the outhouse though ( maybe also no *urgency* on our part ). It had a little heart carved on the door.

Our favourite village Reine in Lofoten, Reinefjorden, multistitched panorama.
Water was so nice and calm even the evening star had its own reflection

A stitch of 4, a beautiful sunrise-to-be. We did not have the liberty of time to admire, as as we hurriedly drove to catch the early Moskenes ferry on our last morning in Lofoten.

Beautiful finale to our short but memorable Lofoten visit.

Slow drive around the neighbouring villages in evenings, where hues are more interesting.

Lovely series. Inspires me to venture into the outdoors the next time I visit Scandinavia.

Thanks DanMan. I know you are into landscape photography.
Norway, like Iceland, is a haven for landscape work ( though I'd love Iceland more )
Weather permitting, short hikes can bring great vistas.
