managed to borrow a dream DSLR and a dream lens...
after a major hiatus, thought maybe can start shooting again...
so sad, my pics turn out horribly uninspired...

it's not the camera, it's the eye behind the camera

Hi,
I think it's just that you haven't really get used to the camera, and vice versa.

It is rather difficult to be perfect for the first time on using a new camera system to you. Perhaps you should try it for a few more rounds than you will probably get the hang of it!
