Hi CSers,

I would like to share with you the works of Matthieu Ricard. I met him in 1995 in Nepal and he help to translate some Buddhist teachings for me.

You can go to his website and look at his photographs.

"Matthieu's spiritual life and camera are one, and from this spring these images fleeting, yet eternal." - Henri Cartier-Bresson

I thank you for bringing notice of this web site. The only thing I knew of the man previously was what I saw in the TV docu " Light at the Edge of the World" with Wade Davis.

i am quite interested in one of his books, The Quantum and the Lotus.. which is about Science and Buddhism (he forsake his scientific career and became a Buddhist monk).. but i guess i will have a hard time understanding it... haha...
