Hi CSers,

I would like to share with you the works of Matthieu Ricard. I met him in 1995 in Nepal and he help to translate some Buddhist teachings for me.

I thank you for bringing notice of this web site. The only thing I knew of the man previously was what I saw in the TV docu " Light at the Edge of the World" with Wade Davis.

i feel inspired by his works too... will try to emulate some pics that i like.... like the one with a young incarnate lama in front of many butter lamps..

oh.. i didn't know he appeared on TV before..

i am quite interested in one of his books, The Quantum and the Lotus.. which is about Science and Buddhism (he forsake his scientific career and became a Buddhist monk).. but i guess i will have a hard time understanding it... haha...
