Martin Evning: Adobe Photoshop CS2 for photographers

Does anyone know whether this book has been shipped in local book stores? I borrowed the "CS" version from NLB and found it excellent. In my opinion it's probably one of the best photoshop books for photographers. Thinking of getting a copy. Would like to know where to find a better price.
