but i'll be back from tioman on Friday.. hopefully gt energy for saturday...

I was thinking of that too, either the Mobil station beside the church or the Shell station opposite. The Shell station might be better place as just need to walk down the stairs to Kampung Lorong Buangkok and those who drive can just drive down Gerald Drive and park somewhere along Lorong Buangkok..

One way would be to take Bus 70, from the Yio Chu Kang MRT.

The buses that goes there are SBS Transit 103, 70 and SMRT 854.

Serangoon MRT, go to bus interchange to take 103, bus will travel along Yio Chu Kang Road, after passing Ang Mo Kio Ave 5 junction, see Mobil station, press bell to alight in front of St. Vincent De Paul Church. Bus journey around 10 – 15 min.

Yio Chu Kang MRT Station, go bus interchange to take 70, bus will travel along Yio Chu Kang Road, after passing Jalan Kayu Junction, after around 2 bus stops you will see a Shell station, press bell to alight. Bus journey at least 25 – 30 min.

For bus 88, bus journey around 10 - 15 min from Ang Mo Kio MRT but it is a longer walk to the destination after alighting.

It's pretty hard for us all to meet up at ONE mrt station. Let's divide to three groups.

1. Group one meet up at Serangoon MRT by 8am, then take bus 103, alight at St. Vincent De Paul Church along Yio Chu Kang road
2. Group two meet up at Yio Chu Kang MRT by 7:45 to 8am, then take bus 70, also alight at (OPP.) St. Vincent De Paul Church along Yio Chu Kang road
3. Group three meet up at Ang Mo Kio stn 8am, then take bus 88, alight at BEF Yio Chu Kong Rd along Ang Mo Kio Ave 5
4. Group four is for those who drive their own cars. Can just drive all the way to the Shell Station.
