i am looking for a room to rent.. or a whole 2+1 or 3+1 approved to rent. If you have any friends that have one to rent.. then please drop me a PM.. or email me at gadrian@singnet.com.sg. Rooms need not be furnished.. but at least the master has an a/c.

Locations prefered are like Serangoon Avenue's 1-4, Serangoon central, gardens, newton, novena.. tiong bahru.. about any where not too far from the city.

my budget is between 650-800.00
