kodak brownie

i just got my long awaited kodak brownie holiday flash.

does anyone here have a camera using 127 film? i was wondering if rolling a roll of 135 on to the take up spools would work, of course all done in a light sealed environment.

Won't the 35mm be running around the 127 spool due to the difference in length?
Are you going to detach the film from the 135 canister or fix the canister onto the 127 spool ?

i'll be taking the 135 out of the canister. hopefully it doesn't scratch too badly. hahaha.

i intend to use rubber bands to guide the 135 film on to the spool. hopefully it doesn't run about then.

any ideas?
