K5 vs D700 vs D7000 @ ISO3200 & ISO6400

Hmm.. very tempted to convert my K-7 to an IR camera and get the K-5 after the price has dropped (yes, I am still sore that the price of K-7 dropped $400 or 20% in just 8 months!).

that would be a very good IR camera! with weather/dust/cold resistance, magnesium alloy body, one of the best built camera body(as per dpreview etc) and nice lay out of buttons..:sweat:

Something strange though... how come the Exposure "Histogram" so different on the K5 compared to 7k and 700 :dunno:

Exposure difference can impact the noise quite a bit...
